Dani “Ansky” Stern

Dani “Ansky” Stern is one of the most well known poker players under the age of 25 and he has been able to gain the respect from a lot of his peers. Dani started playing poker at a young age and just like many young adults today he decided he would give online poker a shot full-time. He is one of the few young poker players who have been able to make poker a career. Stern typically can be found playing online poker in Full Tilt and Poker Stars. His game of choice is high limit short handed action although he also likes playing in large multi-table tournaments.

Dani is one of the instructors on the PokerSavvy Team of Pros which helps beginner to advanced poker players strive in many aspects of the game. PokerSavvy is an instructional website with lots of members and a solid team of coaches. Dani has had a lot of success playing in online tournaments at Poker Stars over the past year. Some of his highlight finishes online include 3rd place in Event #19 at Poker Stars WCOOP 2008, 5th place in $1K Super Tuesday on Poker Stars and a 7th place finish in another Poker Stars $1K Super Tuesday. He has also done well on Full Tilt and most recently he finished 6th place in the 13th event at the 2009 FTOPS.
