Andres “Andressoprano” Pereyra

Andres “Andressoprano” Pereyra is professional poker player as well as being a long-time poker coach, giving lessons over the internet (Skype group sessions), which led to his recent addition as a Pocket Fives trainer. Andres lives in Anchorage, Alaska. He started playing poker for fun in 2004, and went pro in March 2008.

Andres brings to the PocketFives team a refined approach to teaching. He has a solid understanding of his strengths, which include stack management, hand range identification, optimizing bet sizes, and positional play.  He is able to communicate his strategies and recommendations in an easy to understand method, for both beginners and experienced players alike.
