DeucesCracked is an online training site that portrays a community or group training aspect, which is more evident than any other site. It is pretty much an extension of the 2+2 forums. A collection of well named and respected coaches, DeucesCracked combines all of their collective thoughts into a single resource location. Althought there may be plans to add some more SNG or MTT videos in the future, DeucesCracked is a cash game learning site only. Currently in Season 3, with each season running for 8 weeks long, Dueces Cracked is pretty much poker-education TV.

Deucescracked is very favourable towards 6 max cash games, actually almost predominately. There is a good number of Limit videos which is contrary to most other training sites. About 2/3s of the videos are geared toward lower limits, with the other third a mixture of medium and high stakes. With players such as Whitelime or FoxwoodsFiend, there is no shortage of high EV nosebleed players.

Many DeucesCracked videos are structured in a strategy/lesson style with a subject, rather than a game session. Lessons are explained with great detail, and the different subjects allow you to simply chose a weakness and work on it.

To remain consistant, 1 point was given for each sit and go video available. In all fairness, the DuecesCracked team has stated that they do not have plans to produce more of either mtt or sng videos as that is not their core business. Recently introduced the PUSH series instructed by AMT

A decent selection of low stakes cash videos for the Omaha games and even some Stud lessons can be found. Joe Tall, Gergery, and especially Vanessa Selbst do a great job in defining these games to beginning players. The 2x6 series of Vanessa teaching Whitelime how to play PLO has got to be more valuable than any book written on this subject. Some more mid to highstakes videos would definately be desired, though I guess if your playing highstakes PLO, these training sites might not be as valuable anyways.
Weaknesses
The biggest weakness with DeucesCracked is variety. Being only a cash game training site, and predominately short handed only, there isn't much else to learn from the site. Though on the flip side that may also be a strength as there is only one focus. The overall DeucesCracked.com can also be worked on, as navigation is not the best. Can't seem to find a way to go from one video to the next with having to refresh or re-search my selection.
Strengths
The audio and video quality is just about perfect. From all the videos reviewed, there was never an instance of muffled sounds, or eye squinting moments. The instruction on the videos are excellent, they are more of a lecture style, and focus more on a topic and elaborate on it. This allows viewers to focus on certain aspects, rather than having to intake everything all at once. The core of Deuces Cracked is in low limit cash games, so this is a good place to start if you want to begin buiding your bankroll. A lot of new players play in limit games to maximize bonus whoring, and with the extensive limit library, DeucesCracked is a good choice.
Expected Value: Is DeucesCracked worth it?
If you average out all the scores above, DeucesCracked would look like a waste of money, so why the high overall rating? As with any good or service, pricing is key, and in this industry DeucesCracked is cheap. Monthly fee with no contract, and no initiation fee allows you complete freedom. DeucesCracked management also made a debatable business decision to allow the downloading of videos and no DRM! (Digital rights management). This means that you can download the video, watch it whenever you want, wherever you want, as many times as you want, and no expiry date!
