PokerXFactor.com Acquires PokerFox.net

Top Poker Coach and Mixed Game Specialist Join PXF Team

PokerXFactor.com, a leading online poker training center, announced today that it has acquired PokerFox.net, a top poker training and coaching resource. As part of the deal, Chris “pokerfox” Wallace and Adam “hatfield13″ Stemple (the creators of PokerFox.net) will join PokerXFactor.com as featured instructors.

PokerXFactor.com, which launched in 2006, is led by professional poker players Cliff “JohnnyBax” Josephy, a WSOP bracelet winner, and Eric “Sheets” Haber, who recently won the World Series of Poker Circuit event in Atlantic City. Today, PokerXFactor.com has thousands of subscribers, hundreds of hours of video instruction from a dozen professional poker players, and the PXF Pro Replayer, one of the most powerful tools available to poker players looking to dramatically improve their game.

The acquisition of PokerFox.net will add over 200 videos of advanced poker instruction to the PokerXFactor (PXF) Training Center library, plus numerous articles and blogs aimed at helping poker players win. In addition, Chris Wallace, who is recognized as a top poker coach today, will focus on teaching PXF subscribers bankroll building, cash games, poker software and tools, and general poker best practices. Adam Stemple will become PokerXFactor’s lead instructor on mixed games. Both instructors will play active roles in the PokerXFactor community.

“We’re very excited by this acquisition and with having Chris and Adam join the PXF team,” said Scott “Mindwise” Pendergrast, the owner and operator of PokerXFactor. “Not only does it dramatically add to our existing video catalog with high quality content, but it adds a top coach and leading mixed game instructor to our ranks.”

Chris Wallace said: “Adam and I are looking forward to being part of the PokerXFactor team and community. We’ve always been big fans of the incredible tournament and Sit ‘N Go instruction at PokerXFactor, and we hope to help them create world class cash game instruction as well.”

Existing PokerFox.net videos will begin appearing in the PXF Training Center in early April. New content from Chris Wallace and Adam Stemple will follow soon after and both pros will be hosting special “audio” chats with PXF subscribers.
